Relatives and friends are invited to Services Thursday March 4, 2004 at 11 A.M. JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose, Bucks County PA. Interment King David Memorial Park. The family will return to the late residence and respectfully request that contributions in his memory be made for Alzheimer's research or to the American Heart Association.
