DR. JACK, February 16, 2015, of Ewing, NJ, formerly of Brooklyn, Queens and Somers, NY. Loving husband of Jean (nee Jacobson); devoted father of Betty-Ann (Alan) Izenman and Rabbi Eliyahu (Melissa) Soiefer; Adored Zaidy of Zipporah Thaler (Israel), Sholom Ber (Bracha), Shterna, Avraham (Beena), Yehoshua and Yosef Soiefer and Kayla Izenman. Also survived by eight great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Chapel Services Tuesday 10:30 A.M. at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose. Interment Mount Carmel Cemetery, Ridgewood, NY (meet at the office at 2 P.M.). Shiva will be observed at the Izenman residence in PA and the Sholom Ber Soiefer residence in NY. Contributions in his memory may be made to Brooklyn College or the Jewish Federation of NY.
