James W Pearson, Jr., November 27, 2024, of Philadelphia, PA. Beloved husband of the late (Temmie) Pearson; loving son of the late George and Estelle Hagerty, dear brother of John (Irene) Pearson, Drew (Debbie) Pearson, William (Robin) Pearson, the late Chris Pearson (Harriet), the late Robert Pearson (Charlotte)  and 8 Hagerty family step brothers and sisters.

James (“Jim”) was a man of God. At a young age, Jim joined the seminary and later chose a career in the Navy as a dental technician, serving over 9 years in Norfolk, VA and Camp LeJeune, NC. Jim was a dedicated member of Alcoholics Anonymous for over 45 years where he sponsored other members. While working as a dental supply salesperson, he attended and graduated from LaSalle University and later pursued a degree in Law, graduating from Temple University Law School in 1976.

Jim became a practicing attorney and a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California Bar Associations, where he had a long and successful career in law, focusing much of his time assisting clients and their families with estate planning and probate matters. His successful career in law culminated in a partnership with David Orlando Associates in 2016. Jim was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan, and had a great sense of humor up to the very end. The family is grateful to Sunrise Senior Living of Yardley, PA for the exceptional care they provided Jim.
