JANET G. (nee Galpern), Nov. 20, 2013, age 63, died after a courageous five-year battle with Multiple Myeloma. Beloved wife of S. Jay Shoemaker. Mother of Brian (Ariel) Shoemaker, Laurie (Michael) Kott and Eric (Jessica) Shoemaker. Grand-mother of Simon and Max Shoemaker and Seth and Naomi Kott. Daughter of Ruth (nee Kline) and Gilbert Galpern. Sister of Mark and Arthur Galpern. Relatives and friends are invited to Services Friday, November 22, 2013, at 10:30 A.M., at Temple Beth Hillel/ Beth El, 1001 Remington Road, Wynnewood PA. Interment Har Jehuda Cemetery. The family will return to the late residence and respectfully requests that contributions in Janet's memory may be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) 383 Main Avenue, 5th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851 or to Hadassah of Greater Philadel-phia, 1518 Walnut Street, #555, Phila. PA 19102.
