Jean Richter (nee Bloch), on February 24, 2025, of Warminster, PA; beloved wife of the late Charles Richter; loving mother of Sandra Horvath, Allan B. Richter, Joanne Goldstein (Donald) and the late Robert J. Richter; devoted sister of the late Ann Tickner; also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. 

Funeral services are private.
