JEAN (nee Abrams)

December 10, 2017, age 99 of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her loving husband of 58 years John M. Taxin, owner of Old Original Bookbinder's Restaurant, and cherished son Albert Taxin. She is survived by her daughter Sandy Taxin, daughter-in-law Doris Taxin, grandchildren John E. Taxin (Jayme), Erica Taxin Bleznak, Eli Gross (Jennifer), Sherri Weiss Poall (Steven), Erich Weiss, Diana Lugo and 8 great grand children. Funeral Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Albert R. Taxin Brain Tumor research center at the Wistar institute.
