Father of Silvia (Warren) Schencker, Melanie (Toby) Dickinson, William Richter, Lauren (Mark) Chandler and Jonathan Richter. Brother of Janet Hershaft. Also survived by 5 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to services Wednesday August 22, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Har Zion Temple, 1500 Hagys Ford Road, Penn Valley, PA. Interment Haym Salomon Memorial Park. The family will return to the Richter residence in Villanova and respectfully request that contributions in his memory be made to Jupiter Medical Center.
