Services and Interment were held Monday at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SON MEMORIAL CHAPELS WEST. Int. Montefiore Cemetery. Shiva will be observed at the late residence. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
