JOAN H. (nee Sachs), April 20, 2013, of Margate, NJ, formerly of Havertown. Wife of Allan, mother of Donald (Pamela) Shassian and Bonnie (Gary) Bernett, daughter of the late Frances and Israel Sachs, sister of the late Bernard Sachs and the late Robert Sachs, grand-mother of Joshua Bernett, Brian Shassian, Jason Bernett, Hana Bernett and Daniel Shassian. Relatives and friends are invited to services Tuesday, 1 P.M. JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose. Interment Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will return to the residence of Dr. and Mrs. Gary Bernett. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory to The Abramson Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center or The American Red Cross.
