JOAN PHYLLIS (nee Pasker), 82, of Havertown PA, passed away peacefully with her family around her on February 25, 2015. Joan is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Louis; mother of Larry Starkman and Lori Starkman (Ernie) Shapiro; sister of Morton Pasker. Also survived by four grandchildren- Justin Starkman, Brooke Starkman, Shane Shapiro and Jake Shapiro. Joan will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends for her outstanding oil painting, china painting, music and poetry and her beautiful singing voice. Relatives and friends are invited to Services Sunday March 1st, 12 Noon at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPELS (WEST), 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall PA. Int. Mt. Sharon Cemetery (Springfield, PA). The family will return to the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Ernie Shapiro and request that contributions in her memory be made to: American Cancer Society, P.O.
