He is survived by his beloved wife Elizabeth "Tooti" (nee Wolf). Dear Father of Dr. Michael (Katie Young) Dorfman, Randi (Kees) Bos, Christopher (Juju) Root, Sabrina Anderson and Christina Worthington. Grandfather of Evan, Melanie, Sabrina, Taylor, Brooke, Tommy and Kyle. Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of his life Sunday December 28, 2008 at 2:00 PM at JOSEPH LEVINE & SON, North Broad Street Above 71st Avenue. The family respectfully requests that contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
