JOSHUA EDWARD, age 31, of Penn Valley, PA, died suddenly, Saturday, June 20, 2015. Beloved son of William (Mindy Hirsh) and the late Pamela Pliskin Salamon Semanyk. Survived by sisters; Stephanie Ostrich (Jake), Mindy Haenn (Pete) and Tracy Rossi (Dr. Nicholas); grandmothers, Catherine Semanyk and Estelle Hirsh; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and MANY, MANY friends. Joshua was a talented writer, poet and artist; in fact his artwork fills his parents' home. He was also a fantastic cook. Joshua was generous to a fault..he would literally give the shirt off his back to someone that needed it. For many years, he lovingly provided care and comfort to his paternal grandmother; because he was a KIND and GENTLE soul that just wanted to make everybody he had contact with feel happy and loved. The loss of Joshua has created a void that can not and never will be filled, in the lives of everyone that truly loved him. Joshua..may you finally find the peace that you so craved in this life.
