JUDITH (nee Brint). Loving wife, mother and grandmother died on December 13, 2013 in Nashville, TN, from complica-tions of Type 1 Diabetes. Judi was a dedicated and widely-admired K-6 educator in the Philadelphia school district for 35 years, including 27 years teaching gifted children, before retiring in 2004.
With style, elegance and grace, as well as uncommon toughness and perseverance, Judi was determined to live her life to the fullest despite many health setbacks over the years. That determination and strength allowed her in recent years to take her beloved grandsons Nathan and Russell to see the glaciers of Alaska, the Colosseum in Rome, the canals of Venice and the Acropolis of Athens. Judi embraced the love of her family and friends with deepest warmth. Judi is survived by her deeply devoted and loving husband, Jeffrey; son Jonathan (Marjorie George); grandsons Nathan and Russell; and brother Michael Brint (Dorrie).
