LARRY, Nov. 30, 2011, of Valley Forge Towers, formerly of Havertown and Wynnefield, PA. Beloved High School Sweetheart and husband of 58 years of Arlene (nee Arbittier) Schecter. Cherished father of Jody (Phillip) Davies, Michele Schecter Weinstein, proud grandfather of 3 loving and devoted grandchildren: Adam Weinstein, Samantha Brodkin and Brooke Weinstein. Loving brother in law of Zita and Daniel Patsko. He will be missed by all who knew him, extended family and friends. He was the son of the late Morris and Florence Schecter. Relatives and friends are invited to services Friday, Dec. 2nd, 2:30 P.M. precisely at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SON MEMORIAL CHAPELS (WEST), 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall PA. Interment Mt. Sharon Cemetery (Springfield). The family will return to the residence of Jody and Philip Davies (Fri.-Sun.). Shiva will continue at the late residence. (Mon-Wed). Contributions in his memory may be made to the Abramson Center for Jewish Life, 1425 Horsham Rd, North Wales, PA 19454.
