Suddenly, at the age of 97. Mother of Roger Roisman (Ellen) and Richard Roisman (Lee), she is also survived by her grandchildren, Carly, Rachael, Anna, Abraham and Sarah, her great grandchildren, Ryann, Lily, Alixandra and Remi, her nephew, David Stolz, and her twin brother, Bernard Stoll (Florence). Lila earned a Master's Degree in Communica-tions from the Annenberg School of Communications, was a writer in the promotion department of the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Daily News, and a Vice President of the Writers Guild. She was an avid reader, a patron of the arts and world traveler. Later in life, she was a docent at Philadelphia Academy of Fine Arts and a volunteer at Manna.
Graveside Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday at West Laurel Cem., 225 Belmont Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, PA. Following burial, relatives and friends are invited to the home of Lee and Richard Roisman, where Shiva will be observed. Contributions in her memory may be made to Caron Treatment Centers.
