MADELINE (nee Adler), Dec. 23, 2003; wife of the late Ernest, mother of Wilma Gartenberg Forman and the late Marsha Ruben, sister of Edwin Adler, also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date. The family respectfully request that contributions in her memory be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
