Relatives and friends are invited to Services Wednesday, 1:00 P.M., JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPELS (WEST), 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall PA. Interment Haym Salomon Memorial Park, Frazer. The family will return to the residence of David Mintzer following the service. Donations to ALS Association Center at Pennsylvania Hospital, c/o Development Office, Pennsylvania Hospital, 800 Spruce St., Phila PA 19107.
