Relatives and friends are invited to services Fri., Feb. 25, 2005 at 11 A.M. at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose, Bucks County PA. Interment Forest Hills Cem. The family respectfully requests that contributions in his memory be made to The American Cancer society or to The Make A Wish Foundation.
