Survived by his wife Flora Schaffer, his daughters Laurie Schaffer and Andrea Schaffer Sklar and his sister Judith Schaffer Hoffman. He was the son of Leon and Martha Schaffer of Melrose Park. Mark graduated from Cheltenham High School and Temple University School of Law. He practiced law for almost 50 years. He was a Captain in the US army and served in Vietnam. He was a fine gentleman loving husband , father, brother,and son. He will be missed.

Family and friends are invited to a Graveside Service Monday, April 6, 2026, 11:00am at Roosevelt Memorial Park, 2701 Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose, PA. In lieu of flowers contributions in Mark's memory may be made to the Parkinson Foundation (www.parkinson.org) or the American Heart Association (www.heart.org).
