Breit), wonderful grandfather of Elizabeth and Jonathan Breit, caring stepgrandfather of Mia Howard, devoted brother of Eleanor Chavenson (Morty) and Charlotte Markoff (Mark), doting uncle to his sisters' children and grandchildren. He had wonderful curiosity about the world. Predeceased by his devoted wife Dorothy Finkelstein Pollack in 1992.
