MAX, April 15 2004, of Philadelphia, husband of Ellen (nee Speiser) and the late Lena (nee Friedman), father of Dr. Lawrence (Janet) Katz, Andrea (Richard) Neulight, Shirley (James) Saltzman, and Elaine (William) Bordow, brother of Alec Katz, Bryna Peritz, Roselle Green, and Dr. Moe Katz; also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Services and interment are private. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to the Parkinsons Foundation, or the American Cancer Society.
