Relatives and friends are invited to services Monday 10 A.M. at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the residence of Randi and Howard Alderson. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to Duke University Cancer Center or a charity of the donor's choice.
