Wife of the late Herbert Specter; mother of Bernard "Billy" Specter, Betty Ann Schwartz and Steven Specter; sister of Martin Rubin; grand-mother of Jami Pearlman, Jodi Keats, Dr. Ross Specter, Rachael Specter, Joel Schwartz and Mindy Kegal; also survived by great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Monday, 11 A.M., Roosevelt Memorial Park, Old Lincoln Hwy. in Trevose PA. The family will be returning to the residence of Mrs. and Mrs. Steven Pearlman MONDAY ONLY. Contributions in her memory may be made to Cong. Kol Ami, 3919 Moran Dr., Tampa FL 33618.
