NATALIE BOGASH

 

Natalie Bogash (nee Heicklen) Age 89 of Ventnor, NJ and formerly of Wynnewood, PA, passed away on December 3, 2023, following a long illness; beloved wife of the late Dr. Morton Bogash; loving mother of Deborah Schwartz and the late Laura Bogash; devoted sister of Janet Zolot and Sandra Kohn; cherished grandmother of Mason Schwartz; also survived by 2 great-grandsons and many nieces and nephews.  Family was her greatest joy.

 

An artist, Natalie graduated from the Moore College of Art & Design and studied throughout her life as she created beautiful oil paintings which are displayed in the homes of family and friends.  Her creative knitting produced countless exquisite garments.  Natalie’s kindness, style, beauty and grace followed her throughout her lifetime.

 

She was a volunteer at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and was on the advisory board, a life member of Hadassah and a former member of Har Zion Temple.  Natalie was an active member and leader of Nar-Anon for many years. 

 

Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services, Wednesday, December 6, 2023, 12:00pm, at Roosevelt Memorial Park, Trevose, PA.  Following burial, Shiva will be observed at The Fairmont (Social Room), Bala Cynwyd, PA and then again on Thursday from 2:00pm-5:30pm at the residence of Sandra Kohn.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Natalie’s memory may be made to Hadassah, 1518 Walnut St., #402, Phila., PA 19102 (philadelphia@hadassah.org).
