Patricia Born

Patricia Born (nee Smith, formerly Cohen and Guggenheim) passed away August 7, 2026 in Lafayette Hill, Pa. 

Patricia was the loving wife of the late Ira Born; cherished mother of Jeffrey Cohen (Shirley Powell-Cohen) and Susan (Stephen) Tupper; proud grandmother of Rachel, Jessica (Dan), Gabriel, Joshua (Megan) and Cate. 

Relatives and friends are invited to services on Monday, August 10th, 1pm at Joseph Levine & Sons, 1002 Skippack Pike, Blue Bell, Pa. Interment will be private.

Contributions in her memory may be made to Alzheimer’s Association (www.alz.org) or to charities of your choice.
