Relatives and friends are invited to Services Wed., July 14, 2004 at 11 A.M. at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose, Bucks County PA. Interment private. The family will return to the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Kenneth A. Kind and respectfully request that in lieu of flowers contributions in his memory be made to the Abington Twp.
