PHILIP J. SR., 88, on October 7, 2016 of Shannondell PA, former-ly of St. Davids. Husband of Virginia (nee Goldmark); father of the late Philip J. Koehler Jr. (Susan), Edwin Koehler (Sandra) and Carolyn Wettstein. Grandfather of Philip Koehler III, David Koehler, Gregory Koehler, Robert Koehler, Brandon Koehler, Elsa Wettstein and Benjamin Wettstein.
Philip was born in NYC and graduated from Loomis School and the United States Naval Academy in 1949. He served in the Korean War and was a member of the UDT team 3 (Navy Seal). Philip ended his professional career as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Uniform Tubes in College-ville PA.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Memorial Service Friday, 10:30 A.M., at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPELS (WEST), 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall PA. Interment private. Contribu-tions in his memory may be made to National Navy UTD Seal Museum, 33000 N. Hwy. A1A, Fort Pierce FL 34949.
