Rachel Spiegel

It is with deep sorrow that we inform you of the death of Rachel Spiegel on July 12, 2024.

Rachel was the loving wife to Andrew R. Spiegel; devoted mother to Sophie, Sadie and Max; beloved daughter of Andrea & Ronald S. Robbins; cherished sister of Debra Finger (Craig), step sister of Debbie (Brian) Hoppy, and Jeffrey (Felicia) Robbins; loving aunt to Benjamin and Madelyn Finger, Jordan and Parker Hoppy and Zachary and Samantha Robbins; loving niece and cousin, and special friend to those that know her and an incredible teacher to many students in Lower Merion.

Relatives and friends are invited to services on Sunday, July 14, 12:30 PM at Har Zion Temple (1500 Hagys Ford Road, Penn Valley, PA). Interment to follow at West Laurel Hill Cemetery (225 Belmont Ave, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004).  Click here to watch services via livestream.

Shiva will continue: At the late residence, Sunday – 4-9 PM with minyan at 7 PM; Monday and Tuesday – 1-4 PM and 7-9 PM with minyan at 7 PM. And at the home of Andrea & Ron Robbins; Monday - Friday – Minyan at 8:15 AM; Wednesday, Thursday and Friday – 7-9 PM with minyan at 7 PM.

Donations in Rachel’s memory may be made to the Andrea & Ronald S. Robbins Educational Fund at Har Zion Temple or Friends of the IDF. 

May her memory be a blessing and her family be comforted among the mourners in Zion.
