REGINA (nee Holtzman), December 7, 2013, of Elkins Park, PA. Peacefully passed away at age 96. Wife of the late Edward Forman. Beloved mother of Bert (Iris) Forman and Kenneth (Michele) Forman, sister of Selma Orleans; also survived by 5 grandchildren Michael Forman, Andrew Forman, Joanna Forman, Richard (Stephanie) Clabo, Howard (Carol) Clabo and 3 great-grandchildren.
Remembered by family and friends including Melba and Melia. A woman that enjoyed life, family, and friends. A generous heart, a loving spirit, full of strength and a zest for life. She will be missed by all. Relatives and Friends are invited to Services, Wednesday 1:00 P.M., JOSEPH LEVINE & SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Rd., Trevose, Bucks Co., PA. Interment Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will be returning to the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Forman.
