Father of Jeff (Julianna) Penneys, Eric (Tricia) Penneys and Darin Penneys. Brother of Gail Newman. Grandfather of Matthew, Charles, Samantha and Shayne. Services will be private. The family will return Wednesday afternoon to the late residence, and respectfully request that contributions in his memory be made to the American Cancer Society.
