RONALD BURTON "RONNY"

On Dec. 17, 2018, age 81 years, of Palm Beach, Florida and formerly of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully at home. Survived by brothers Dr. Morton Mandell and Dr. Gerald Mandell, sister Judith Mandell Delfiner and sister-in-law Miriam Mandell. Ronny was predeceased by his beloved twin brother Seymour G. "Sonny" Mandell and by his parents Ida and Samuel P. Mandell. He was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School, a Trustee of the Samuel P. Mandell Foundation and President of the Ronald Burton Mandell Animals in Need Foundation. Ronny was a delightful and sophisticated gentlemen's gentlemen with a tremendous sense of hunor and the life of every party. He was adored and admired by all who met him. Ronny could take any serious moment and turn it into a party. He was kind to his friends. His family is grateful to Ken Murray, Cristian Garzon and Awilda Theodore for their comfort and support. He was devoted to his beautiful Bouvier des Flandres dogs Lucy and Venus.
The Services will be held on Wednesday at 12:00 Noon at Temple Adath Israel, 250 N. Highland Ave., Merion Station, PA. Interment Mt. Sharon Cemetery.
