ABRAMSON
Rose (nee Dickstein), age 98, September 16, 2016, of Jenkintown. Beloved wife, mother, Bubbie, and Gigi, she graduated from Overbrook High School, and worked at the Navy Depot during WWII. While working at Liebman Furniture store, she met the love of her life and husband, Albert J. Abramson (1919-2011). Their love grew through nearly 70 years of marriage. She was an active member of ORT and was honored by the Jewish Federation for her and her husband's many years of loyalty. She spread her love to the generations of her family: her three sons, Harvey (Marjorie), Jeffrey (Jacqueline Jones) and Richard (Susan) Abramson; her two brothers, Dr. Jack (Pauline) Dickstein and the late Dr. Benjamin (Joan) Dickstein; her cherished eight granddaughters: Shari (Nate), Kimberly (Tom), Joanna (fiancé Brandon), Sarah (Steven), Anna (partner Erica), Michelle, Carly (John) and Allison; and seven great- grandchildren: Jacob, Molly, Ellie, Max, Ava, Amelia and Henry. Relatives and friends are invited to services Tuesday, 11AM
JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose, PA Interment Roosevelt Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the residence of Marjorie and Harvey Abramson Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Shir Ami, Newtown, PA, or the Jewish Federation.
