RUBIN, Esq. of Collingswood, NJ, passed away on June 27, 2014. Loving companion of Ruth Adamitis. Father of James Mogul, Linda (William) Madway and Marjorie (Steven) Kirshenbaum; grandfather of Brynne Madway, Samantha Madway and Jeffrey Kirshenbaum. He served with distinction in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. An attorney in private practice for over 50 years, he also served two terms on the Lower Merion Twp. Board of Commissioners. Services and Interment are private. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Madway the afternoon of June 29. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the United States Holocaust Museum, World Wildlife Fund, or Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Charitable Service Trust
