FRANKEL July 3, 2002, RUTH (nee Rosen), wife of the late Charles 'Charlie' Frankel, of Cheltenham, mother of Benjamin (Jane) Frankel and the late Karen Frankel, sister of Beatrice (Dave) Brooks, grandmother of Alexis, Joanna, and Leah; also survived by nieces and nephews.
