Levin, loving mother of Richard (Ann) and Bob (Nancy), grandmother of Ella Jackson and Matthew Levin, great-grandmother of Xander Jackson, and surrogate mother to various nieces, nephews and friends. Daughter of the late Dr. L. Leo and Sarah Wertheim, sister of the late William and Edwin Wertheim. Burial on Thurs., Jan. 22nd, at Beth David Cem. in Elmont, N.Y. Donations may be made in her memory to a charity of your choice.
