December 31, 2020 of Philadelphia, PA at age 77. Beloved wife of the late Edward Bell, loving mother of Gary Bell (Colleen) and cherished grandmother of Delaney, Devon, and Jordyn. Sandy passed away suddenly in her home on one of her favorite holidays that she loved to celebrate with friends and family. She also enjoyed shopping and the casinos when she was able. Donations can be made in her name to the Fox Chase Cancer Center.
