Scott Clyman

d. May 16, 2023

Scott David Clyman left this earthly world on May 16th 2023. He was born May 6th 1954 to Allen
and Marcia Clyman at Fort Mc Pherson Army Base Atlanta Ga. He is the beloved husband of
Diane (McMillan), loving father to Chelsea and Justin, brother to Ellen Dine (Mike), son in law to
Betty McMillan, brother-in-law to Jean (Nick), Sandy, Nancy, David (Kim), Uncle to Emma, Julie,
Nicole, Alana, Gina, Ben and Hannah. Predeceased by his parents, Allen & Marcia Clyman,
Father-in-law David T McMillan and brother in law David Klein. He was a devoted cousin and
loyal friend to many.

As a young boy, Scott was active in AZA, the Jewish youth fraternity. He was an Eagle Scout and was proudly present for the 1969 Scout Jamboree where they spoke to the astronauts on the Moon! Scott was a Jack of All Trades. He worked many years in the family business in the Bazaar of All Nations. He was also a jeweler, car dealer, club bouncer, locksmith and a manager at Hobbytown – where the big Kid in him had a second life. The only difference between men & boys is the price of their toys. Scott was a passionate collector of Many Things!! No Really MANY things! He was quick to laugh, loved Dalessandro cheese steaks and especially loved his dogs Callie, Mickey & Chloe.

He will be missed beyond words, but he will always be with us when we tell a bad joke or an extra long story or “bring home” the cup from Pizza Hut. His extended family will always recall the way Scott would arrive at family events with a themed or whimsical tee shirt and how he was always the first to eye the dessert table and immediately planning which ones to take home with him. Our hearts are heavy but Full of the Love we shared. His memory will be eternal.
