SEBASTIAN JAKE, passed away suddenly on April 17, 2013 at the age of 78. As a loving husband, father and Opa, he is survived by his devoted wife Renate and younger sister Hilda; including four children and their spouses: John (Kathy), Joseph (Denise). Rita (Michael), Jean (Liam); 11 grandchildren, 8 great grand-children; and younger sister Hilda. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS, Memorial Chapel, 4737 Street Road, Trevose, PA. on Monday, April 22nd from 5-8 P.M. Services will be at the Funeral Home on Tuesday at 10:00 A.M. with burial following at Beechwood Cem.
