Stanley Edward Alper

Stanley Edward Alper, (UNCLE Eddie), April 3, 2024 of Philadelphia, PA, at age 91. Beloved partner for 50 years of the late Pedro Rodriguez; devoted son of the late Martin and Bertha Alper; dear brother of the late Helen Ginsburg (Sigmund); survived by dear nieces and nephews, Phyllis (Don) Slutsky, nephew Barry (Rona) Ginsburg and Meryl Uranga. Also survived by many beloved great nieces and nephews and their families.

A man whose quick wit (and sarcasm)  never  waivered  throughout his 91 years.  

Until the end, he especially prided himself on how well his brain and memory still worked and proved it to all of the family with daily text reports of reaching Genius level on Spelling Bee and completed the Wordle to perfection unmatched by the younger members of the family. Most of all, a lover of plays and musicals.  All of his life, he frequented Philadelphia theatre as well as Broadway in New York City, instilling in his family a love of musical theatre that has lasted 3 generations and counting.

Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services Sunday, April 7, at 1:00 pm, at King David Memorial Park (Bensalem).
