BLAND STELLA (nee Felcher), on April 17, 2003, of Bryn Mawr, PA, wife of the late Seymore Bland, mother of Kenneth C. Bland and Gwen (Paul) Cohen; also survived by 5 grandchildren. Services and Interment private. The family will be returning to the Cohen residence Monday and Tuesday.
