Stephen H. Serota

Stephen H. Serota of Blue Bell, PA passed surrounded by his loving family on February 22, 2024. He was 84 years old.

He was the beloved husband of Michelle (nee Cohn) for 56 years; the loving father of Dr. Alyson Nerenberg (Jeffrey) and Dr. David Serota (Marci); and the adoring grandfather of Amanda, Marissa, Justin, Jake, and Jesse.

A native Philadelphian, Steve attended West Philly High School, the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, and went on to earn his law degree from Villanova. He was a defense attorney and an Assistant District Attorney.

Steve was an avid reader, movie buff, and a Sapphire Master bridge player. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, kindness, and how he always rooted for the underdog in his career and as a passionate Eagles fan.

All are invited to Funeral Services on Sunday February 25^th at 1:30 PM, JOSEPH LEVINE & SONS, 1002 W Skippack Pike, Blue Bell. Interment will be at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the Nerenberg residence beginning at 5PM on Sunday and again at 6PM on Monday.
