SYDNEY, July 3, 2012, of Boca Raton FL, formerly of Philadel-phia. Husband of Vera (nee Stein) Berkowitz. Father of Mindy (Craig) Rappaport, Valerie (Tom) Levy and Joshua (Juliet) Berkowitz; stepbrother of Terry Rosenblum and Jerry Rosenblum; also survived by 6 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Services Sunday, 10 A.M., Main Line Reform Temple – Beth Elohim, 410 Montgomery Ave., Wynne-wood PA. Interment Haym Salomon Memorial Park. The family will be returning to the residence of Mindy & Craig Rappaport. Contributions in his memory may be made to the American Diabetes Assoc.
