Hofkin and the late Sol Golden, mother of Michael (Suzanne) Golden and Linda Berman (John) Donahue, stepmother of Susan Salomon+ and Michael Hofkin; sister of Price Berkley; grandmother of Mark and Michelle Berman, Peter and Patricia Berman, Alexandra, Max and Kristen, Jon, Jennifer and Catherine Golden; also survived by 4 great grandchildren, and 3 step grand-children. Relatives and friends are invited to Services, Monday March 6, 2006 at 12 Noon at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose, Bucks Co.PA. Interment King David Memorial Park. The family will return to the residence of Linda and John.
