Tobey M. Kotzker, on December 13, 2024; wife of Norman Kotzker; mother of Robyn Kotzker and Richard (Dari) Kotzker; sister of Alan (Debbie) Stern; grandmother of Leah, Aaron, Jade, Lacey, Andi, and Chase.

Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services, Monday, 1:00 PM, at Joseph Levine & Sons, 4737 Street Road, Trevose PA. Interment to follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park. 

Shiva will start at 6:00 PM and be observed Monday and Tuesday at the residence of Richard and Dari Kotzker and again on Wednesday through Sunday at the residence of Robyn Kotzker.  

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tobey's memory may be made to the Jewish National Fund - JNF (https://www.jnf.org/).
