CUTLER VICTOR B., on Oct. 2, 2002; husband of Jeanne (nee Miller) and the late Jean (nee Brody) of Pompano Beach FL and Elkins Park PA, father of Stephen (Sue Ellen) Cutler and Michael E. (Diane) Cutler, brother of Irving (Evelyn) Cutler and Milton (Adele) Cutler, also survived by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Services and Interment were private.
