DR. VICTOR H., 82, of Elkins Park, and Pompano Beach, FL, May 8, 2006 after a lengthy and brave battle with emphysema. Survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Muriel (nee Dogulov); daughters, Barbara Katz (Steve), Marjory Albee (Larry); son James, and granddaughter Rachel Albee. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel at Reform Congregation Keneseth Israel, Elkins Park on Sunday, May 21st at 4 P.M. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Lung Assn. or charity of choice.
