POTAMKIN VIVIAN (nee Orleans), Nov. 24, 2002, of Phila., PA, wife of the late Meyer (Pat) Potamkin, mother of Macy Lasky and Marshall (Buzz) Potamkin; also survived by 2 grandchildren. Services and entombment were private. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests that contributions in her memory be made to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Cancer Center or to the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
