Dr. Walter W. Schwartz passed away March 14, 2016. He was the loving husband for 61 years of the late Bernice (nee Cohen) of Broomall. Father of Scott Andrew Schwartz, Sr., Lisa B. Schwartz, PhD and the late Jeffrey Schwartz. Brother of Elaine Stratt. Also survived by niece, Mara Stratt and family; nephew, Bruce Stratt and family; daughter-in-law, Rose Kane Schwartz; and grandchildren, Amanda (Seth), Blake (Brittany), Cassandra, and the late Scott Schwartz, Jr.. Also survived by two great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by his dedicated and loyal staff and patients. Also his beloved canine companion, Dixie.
Relatives and friends are invited to Services Thursday 1:30 p.m. at Joseph Levine and Sons Memorial Chapels (West), 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA. Interment Haym Salomon Memorial Park. The family will return to the late residence.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
