Dr. Walter G. Zemel

Dr. Walter G. Zemel, 81, of Ambler passed away on Friday November 29th, 2024.

Born in the Bronx, New York, to Nathan and Mary Zemel, Walter dedicated his life to healing as a respected otolaryngologist affiliated with Grandview Hospital. His commitment to his patients and community was matched only by his devotion to his family.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Frances; children Cara, David, and daughter-in-law Sara; his brother Norman Zemel and sister-in-law Mary; and his grand-dog Nelly.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Thursday December 5th at Joseph Levine & Sons, 4737 E Street Road, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053 followed by a private military burial. 

Shiva will be observed at the Carpenter residence on Thursday night starting 6 PM.
