WILLARD "BILL", 93, died peacefully, surrounded by his family, on September 3, 2010. Bill was the devoted husband of Vivian (nee Matusow), loving father of Karen Spilks and Randy Sandler, and proud pop pop of Brent Regaldi, Kayla Sandler, and Kyle Sandler. Bill is also survived by loving neices and a nephew. Bill was a resident of Shannondell in Audubon, and formerly resided in Wynnewood and Overbrook Park. Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services Sun. 11 A.M. JOSEPH LEVINE AND SON MEMORIAL CHAPELS (WEST), 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall PA. Interment at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the Spilkes home in Shannondell. The family respectively requests that contributions be made in his memory to Jewish Federation.
